Code Red
Life with 3 boys can get loud at times. Hubby and the boys have a code word for when they feel like they are going to "lose it". Each one has a different word and it's totally random. Nothing mean or bad, just a goofy word to yell when they feel upset or mad. I think I'm going to adopt a goofy word too - sometimes a mama just needs to let off steam.

I love that! I think that would help Doc (and me) a lot.
I had a friend in high school who used to yell "goodness gracious." She seriously did. As a teenager.
